Network Data Security, Inc.

NDS was founded in New Mexico in 2005 after operating as a secure product development consulting firm since 1994. At that time, the team developed security products for five of the major security vendors. In 2002, NDS's founder, while President of the Internet Business Alliance, wrote a white paper on how to secure the Internet. With Public Key Infrastructure and RSA the de facto security standard (network-centric security approach), the market was not ready for an alternative. Now, all of us have witnessed the major security gaps forecast years ago. With vulnerabilities such as identity theft, mallware, spyware, spoofing, hijacking, and insider trust, the strength of NDS's "content-centric" security (CCS) is catching various industries attention. CCS resolves many, if not all, of today's security issues along with streamlining the administrative functions.

To date, NDS has spun out two companies (Instant Pay Network, Inc. and Global Uni-Docs Corp.) developing its core technology with applications for specific business cases. NDS now has representation in Seattle, Washington DC, and Dallas. Global Uni-Docs Company (GUD) specializes in product life-cycle event capture and validation of quality assurance for products by serial number. GUD provides assurances against counterfeit parts and fraudulent certifications, test reports, and product tampering. GUD's market focus is on aerospace, medical devices, and pharmaceuticals (www.gud.cc). NDS's newest spinout is Instant Pay Network, Inc. (IPN). IPN specializes in wireless financial transactions using a secure transaction module that also provides remote authentication, signatures, validation along with three modes of payments (on-line, in-store, and point-to-point transactions). In addition, the transaction module provides a means of implementing micro- loans in a way that provides alternative efficiencies to credit and debit card systems. IPN transaction modules are structured for mobile phones (including iPhone with work in progress) using, BREW, and Symbian based software.

At this point, NDS is privately funded but will be seeking a Series "A" round in the near future. Investor interest may be directed to Robert Green at rgreen@ndsecurity.net.
